Banana bread (no sugar)

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar (alternatively vanilla extract)
  • 60ml oil
  • 1/2 pack baking powder
  • 1-2tsp cinammon
  • 1-2tsp honey
  • 200g flour
  • optional: nuts, chocolate chunks

Mix everything together and bake for 50mins at 170°C

Big chocolate muffins

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • 175ml milk
  • 125g room temp. butter
  • 150g sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 75g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200g flour
  • 100-150g chocolate chunks
  • 1 pack baking powder

Mix butter with sugar, salt and vanilla extract till its a creamy consistency. Then mix in the eggs and then add milk.

In a seperate bowl mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and use a sieve to add it into the first bowl, then mix it for a short while.

Mix in 2/3 of the chocolate chunks, add the mixture to 12 muffin cups and use the rest of the chocolate as a topping.

Lastly, bake in the oven for 25min. at 180°C, enjoy :)

matcha&white choc cookies

Ingredients:
  • 110g melted butter
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 95g sugar

  • 2 x 160g flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 2 x 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 x 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 60g dark choco chips
  • 60g white choco chips

whisk together: butter, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla extract and separate that mixture into two bowls.

Add 160g flour, 1 tbsp matcha, baking soda and powder and salt into one of the bowls and mix together with the white chocolate chunks.

In the other bowl add the same ingredients except for the matcha and instead of white chocolate add the dark choco chunks.

Keep the doughs in the fridge for about an hour. Then take a small piece of each dough and piece them together into balls. Lastly, bake for 15-20mins at 170°C

black & white cookies

Ingredients (adapted from matcha cookies):
  • 110g melted butter
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 95g sugar

  • 2 x 160g flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 x 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 x 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 60g dark choco chips
  • 60g white choco chips

This recipe is the same one as the matcha&white choc recipe, except the matcha is replaced with cocoa powder.

Chocolate cake (Dr. Oetker)

Ingredients :
  • 200g flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 150g sugar
  • 200g room temp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
  • chocolate chunks
  • 80g melted dark chocolate for glazing

Mix together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Then add in the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chunks and the melted chocoalte of course, and mix it together. Once smooth, add in the chunks and pour the mixture into the cake mold (approx. 30x11cm).

Bake the cake in the oven at 180°C for 50mins. After 15mins of baking, use a knife to cut along the middle of the cake about 1cm deep.

After baking, let it cool off for about 10mins before glazing your cake with melted chocolate. Leave it in the fridge till the chocolate sets and enjoy ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
